| Got in to Lang's the same afternoon the trouble started. They explained what could be wrong and what they would do to fix it. They were clear that it was contingent on what they found on inspection. Couldn't exactly tell what was wrong. Suggested an option and its cost. Asked if I wanted to try it. I agreed. They did the repair and it worked. Good service, and polite care. I'm grateful. |
