| I trust Lang Auto. They have serviced our cars for over 10 years including a 2005 Mini Cooper S, 1999 Saab, 2004 Saab, 2012 Durango....from trivial to significant service work. I am a mechanical engineer and I like their willingness to describe what all is needed, in the detail I desire as well as the practical aspect of what must be done versus what I should keep an eye on. I have recommended Lang to multiple people who now also swear by them. |

| Another excellent service as usual. I called ahead and described an issue with of a shaky car especially when braking, as well as a shaking of the steering wheel when driving at normal speed. The issue was quickly diagnosed as warped front brake rotors with recommendation to replace and monitor. I love the fact that Lang?s will never suggest unnecessary repairs, they assured me to start minimally, replace the brake pads and rotors and keep an eye out for additional problems. If the problem persisted, then they could take another look. Another less honest shop would surely encouraged other un-required Suspension work, etc. They communicated with me through the entire process and made sure I was okay with the recommended parts and prices so as not to be surprised by the bill at the end. Lang?s is my go to shop and I?m happy to support an honest and Local business. |

I used the near empty bottle of silicone lubricant you provided me and the problem went away.
