| This is a phenomenal firm my family trusts. I have sent multiple people to them and they trust them as well. We have had 4 different cars serviced at Lang's over the past several years....from basic service to more involved. Always happy with the entire team there. I trust them. The part I like is they are logical and appropriate on service. They will outline what needs to be done, but then ask....."is this car a keeper or .....". We have had daily drivers that absolutely had to have all fixed 100%. And not-so-daily drivers with high mileage that perhaps a less expensive approach could be taken. Always safe, but again, logical and appropriate for the vehicle. I have personally had some poor experiences at other service locations, dealers and otherwise, where the entire game seems to be racking up service costs.....only to find out later the problem was never properly addressed, and might not even have been properly diagnosed in the first place. Simply hasn't happened at Lang. In fact in one instance Lang diagnosed an engine problem in a way the dealer insisted couldn't be done, only to have the dealer admit later, yes, that was exactly what was wrong. (Tied to an factory warranty issue, only reason I didn't have the subsequent service done at Lang's.) These are smart folks who know what they are doing and they are fair and honest. Not sure what else you can ask for. I bring all my vehicles there. |

| I have taken my 2005 BMW 545i to Lang's Auto for service several times. Every time they have done a wonderful job on it. Their mechanics are top notch Tim is especially extraordinary. He understands German cars. I am very happy with Lang's Auto. |
