| The staff at Lang's is always very professional, courteous and timely. My daughter's car needed servicing. She is a college student and needed her fixed quickly as she was leaving for school the next day. Lang's did so and was genuinely concerned for the safety of our daughter. I have been a happy customer for several years! |

| I have great confidence in Lang's mechanical expertise, but this last time I gave you a 4 because I was disappointed with some cosmetic items: my van was returned to me with a dirty floor mat on the driver's side, the front license plate was bent outward and I had to remove it to straighten it out, and the Explorer decal on the driver's side was missing. |

| Do quality work they stand by. Very helpful, honest. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is their 9-5, Mon-Fri, schedule. |
